CIAM has expanded its range of plug-in products that use eco-friendly, zero-emission gases, elements that dramatically lower the Global Warming Potential (GWP), such as R290 gas, with GWP equal to 3, while the GWP of a conventional gas can be as high as 4000, and R455a gas with GWP below 150. Installations of CIAM products with external refrigeration units can also be arranged for CO2 operation (GWP=1).
