Mirror is a refined and elegant display table designed to dematerialize through its own reflection, highlighting the displayed product like a real precious jewel. Entirely covered with mirror and back-painted glass elements, Mirror represents a new and contemporary way of conceiving the counter, standing free in the center of the room. Mirror is available in positive and negative refrigeration versions. The models are perfectly channelized and consist of 3 linear display cases plus an end display case to complete island compositions.

The paneling of Mirror is made of glass and mirrors that give the feeling of lightness and suspension, upon request the finishes can be customized in colors and materials.

Customization
All visible components, both interior and exterior, can be customized using Ciam selection of Materials, which includes mirrors, gres, acrylics, powder coated sheets, and sheets with electroplating treatment.
Product range
Mirror is available in both a positive-temperature version for fresh pastries and chocolate and negative-temperature version for frozen pastries. Mirror display cases are offered in three lengths (1350, 1850, 2350 mm) and can be completed with 920 mm side modules.
Side element
Mirror is designed to be placed in the center of the space, the end refrigerated element facilitates the use of island layouts, allowing the operator access from all four sides.

Patented automatic opening and closing system
The glass is opened thanks to an automatic system: with a simple touch of the flush button, the top glass automatically slides upward, allowing the operator to access the refrigerated compartment. Subsequently, a further pulse on the button allows the glass to automatically return to its original closed position safely.
Ventilated refrigeration
Mirror display cases feature a high-efficiency ventilated refrigeration system that does not deteriorate the displayed product.
Heated laminated glass
The perfect transparency and lightness of the showcase is the basis of a quality display, which is why Mirror is equipped with laminated and heated thermal glass that prevents condensation in any environmental conditions.
Technical Features
Use for pastry/chocolate
Upon request, Mirror display cases can be equipped with a double functionality for pastry and chocolate.
Use for fresh/frozen pastries
Upon request, Mirror display cabinets can be equipped with a dual function for fresh and frozen pastries.
Humidity Control
Upon request, Mirror display cases can be equipped with humidity control, which is particularly useful for chocolate models, thus ensuring the best storage conditions for the product.
Electronic thermostatic valve
It is possible to include the electronic thermostatic valve as optional equipment, which is particularly suitable in the case of connections to central refrigeration units.
Touch control unit
The Touch electronic control unit is supplied as standard.
Lighting
Lighting is provided by means of two micro-light fixtures perfectly integrated into the longitudinal sides of the glass gantry. It is also possible to insert the dimmer for adjusting the lighting intensity.
Multix
MULTIX technology allows temperatures and humidity to be recorded and monitored according to customer requirements. Using inverter technology and control software developed by Gelsystem, it ensures maximum efficiency and consistent performance without violent fluctuations. Heat is generated by hot gas injections instead of electric heating elements, also offering significant energy and economic savings.
Ciam Connect
With Ciam Connect, the cabinet is connected online to a cloud from which all functions can be managed. Ciam connect also includes an alarm reporting and fault prevention service.
QR Code
In the technical compartment there is a product label with a QR code from which user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
